1. Who we are
Kegarise Trading is developing software to help trading-card merchants organize card inventory and prepare listings. Questions about this policy can be sent to kegarisetrading@gmail.com.
2. What this website collects
This website is an informational, static site. It has no customer account registration, contact form, card-upload feature, or direct eBay sign-in. We do not currently add advertising trackers or first-party analytics cookies to these pages.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, device/browser information, and access records. Cloudflare's own policies also apply to that processing.
3. Information you send to us
If you contact us by email, we receive the address, message, and other details you choose to share. We use those messages to respond and manage your request. Please do not email passwords, eBay API secrets, or access tokens.
4. Card-inventory software and connected services
The Kegarise desktop software is currently in development. During testing, it can process scans of trading cards and related information such as card identity, estimated values, merchant-entered prices, condition decisions, and prepared listing records. Those working records are managed through the installed application and any services the merchant chooses to connect; they are not submitted through this public website.
Some optional workflows may involve third-party services chosen by the merchant, such as Google Sheets or eBay Seller Hub. Those providers have separate privacy policies and account controls.
5. eBay seller authorization
Live eBay store connection through this website is not active. We are developing and testing an authorization workflow so a merchant can approve specific access through eBay. Before that feature is offered for live use, this policy will be updated to describe what eBay account data is accessed, how authorization credentials are protected, and applicable retention and deletion practices.
Do not enter eBay credentials into this website. Any future account authorization should take place through the official eBay sign-in and consent experience.
6. Sharing and use of information
We do not use this website to sell personal information or run behavioral advertising. Website hosting and delivery necessarily involve our hosting provider. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when you independently authorize a connection to another service.
7. Retention and requests
For email communications, we retain information as reasonably needed to respond to requests and for legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Merchants can contact us to ask about personal information in our possession, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable. Information held directly by eBay, Google, or other third-party services is subject to those providers' controls and policies.
8. Security and changes
We aim to limit information collection and access to what is necessary for the services actually offered. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. As the software and store-integration features develop, we will revise this policy before introducing materially different processing activities.
